The OEM Alpha smart app is intuitive and allows users to control all Alpha smart system devices. App features and functions:

- User management
- Device management (assigning, room allocation)
- Location management
- Setpoint temperature can be changed
- Displays actual temperature, humidity, battery level, wireless connections, errors
- Operating lock and setpoint temperature limit on the room control unit
- Installer mode
- Time-based functions:
  - configuring and changing heating and cooling time (week program, 7 days, 6 switching times per day)
  - Automatic / manual mode
  - Activate / deactivate holiday mode
- Supported in 20 languages
