Errors are indicated by an error code. The subsequent table explains the different error codes and error corrections.

| 7 | Stall | Blockage during initialization run at non-permitted position | 1. Disconnect actuator from voltage supply 2. Move the actuator shaft with the manual adjuster out of the end position 3. Re-initialization after switching on the voltage supply again In case of repeated occurrence of the fault, the customer service must be consulted. |
| 8 | Low motor current | Motor current too low | 1. Re-initialization by switching the actuator off and on again If the fault cannot be rectified automatically after a maximum of three attempts, contact the customer service. |
